Overview
Orders, stock and reports lived in slow, manual flows. Stock counts drifted from reality and people spent hours compiling reports by hand.
What I built
- Redesigned the order-processing and warehouse APIs and optimized the backend data flow behind them.
- Built automated inventory tracking so stock levels follow real movements.
- Wrote automation scripts that produce the recurring reports.
